PTI would not step down from its stance on Panama leaks: Nusrat Wahid

KARACHI (Sarzameen News) – Former Senior Vice President Women Wing PTI and Finance Secretary PTI, Sindh Nusrat Wahid on Tuesday said that, “Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaaf (PTI) would not step down from its stance on Panama leaks.”

She said, “National wealth was used for personal benefits and offshore companies were formed and added that Women Wing would completely support the drive regarding Panama leaks.”

She said, “PML-N would have to get the Terms of Reference (TORs) passed from the assembly. Nawaz Sharif promised an independent commission to investigate the issue, but that promised has not been fulfilled.”

Nusrat Wahid said that, “Resignation of Pervez Rasheed in the matter of Dawn leaks was not enough and she condemned that influential ministers were being unduly protected.”

She also condemned the torture on PTI workers who were peacefully protesting and demanded immediate release of arrested activists.
